Carpenter’s Shelter relies on the generous financial support of individuals, foundations, and public and private institutions to ensure our efforts are successful.

With your investment, we can end homelessness through services, education and advocacy. More than 82 cents of every dollar goes directly to programs and services.

83% of all gifts, including monetary donations, donated goods and services, come from individuals and organizations. The remainder is government funded and at risk due to state budget shortfalls.

Workplace Giving
Gifts are made in the form of pledges via automatic payroll deduction over the course of the next year or one-time contributions. Giving through the workplace is a convenient, cost-effective way to support Carpenter’s. Consider participating in a Workplace Giving campaign and help us grow!

Matching Gift Programs
Many companies have matching gifts programs that may double or triple your gift to Carpenter’s Shelter. Check with your human resources or personnel office to see if your company offers this important employee benefit. And if they don’t, why not ask them to consider it.
