If you register with the third party sites Volgistics or Network for Good, you may log into your account at any time and modify, delete or update your information and change your preferences such as your email subscriptions. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. Additionally, you can unsubscribe from emails or newsletters by following the instructions contained in the email or newsletters.
What About Privacy on Third-Party Linked Sites?
In an attempt to provide you with better service, the Website may contain links to third-party sites. These linked websites have separate and independent privacy policies or may have no privacy policy. We are not responsible or liable for the content, activities or privacy policies of linked sites. TERMS OF USE

This Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) is between you and Carpenter’s Shelter, Inc. (”Organization,” “we,” “us” and “our”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions upon which we make available carpentersshelter.org, its contents, and its services to you (collectively “Website”). Your use of the Website is expressly conditioned on your compliance with, and acceptance of the terms of, this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Amendments to this Agreement will be effective when posted. Your continued use of this Website following the posting of any amendment, modification or change shall constitute your acceptance thereof.
Privacy. Our use of your information is governed at all times by our Privacy Statement, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

The Organization grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license (i) to access the Website, and (ii) while accessing the Website, to view the materials displayed on the Website for your personal use, and for no other purpose. Use Policies for Online Communities. The Organization may offer opportunities to participate in online forums such as message boards (”Online Community”). The Organization asks that you respect our Online Community and participating individuals. Your conduct should be guided by common sense, basic etiquette, and the organization’s core value of respect. Any opinions, advice, statements, or other information that constitutes part of the content expressed or made available by third parties on the Online Community are those of the respective authors or producers and not of Organization, its directors, or employees. We will review and delete any content, in whole or in part, that in the sole judgment of the Organization violates this Agreement or which might in the Organization’s sole discretion be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights of, or harm any third parties, but the Organization is under no obligation to do so. The Organization does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of material submitted by third parties participating in the Online Community. Under no circumstances will the Organization, its directors, or employees be held liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Online Community. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information, opinion, advice, or other content available. You agree that you are responsible for any posts that you make, and for any consequences thereof. You may only post and/or transmit information using your legal name. The inclusion of any links to other websites does not imply endorsement by the Organization of those sites or their content. We are not responsible for the content, links, or privacy of any linked website. Access to any other sites linked to the Website is at your own risk.
Links to the Website. You are expressly prohibited from framing or linking or otherwise using or displaying the Website in such a manner so that it appears to be part of your own or someone else’s website. You shall not deep link or otherwise link in a manner that bypasses the Website home page without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability. ORGANIZATION, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, NOR BE LIABLE, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE WEBSITE, OR INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, YOUR DOWNLOADING OR UPLOADING OF ANY INFORMATION, MATERIAL, OR DOCUMENTS. Indemnity. The Organization’s logo, marks, graphics, and trade dress used on the Website are the Organization’s property or the property of third parties, and may not be used in any manner (including in “meta-tags” or “hidden text”) without our prior written approval. All the materials contained on the Website are copyrighted except where explicitly noted otherwise and are protected under law. The Website may also contain material that is subject to the copyright rights of third parties.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire understanding and agreement between the Organization and you with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Choice of Law. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the substantive law of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree, that in any action arising out of this Agreement or relating to the operation of the Website or content appearing therein, they irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of a state or federal court in Virginia and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, agree that either of those courts shall be the venue of choice for any such action. Without limiting the effect of any disclaimer contained herein, any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
Miscellaneous. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. No delay or failure by the Organization to enforce any of this Agreement shall be a waiver of any or our rights under this Agreement. The Organization may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Your rights and duties under this Agreement are not assignable by you without consent of the Organization.
